Agreement
By using ReccordSOP ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
What you get
ReccordSOP provides AI-powered SOP generation from screen recordings, department-based access control, SOP drift detection, and freshness tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.
Your content
- You own all SOPs, recordings, and content you create on ReccordSOP.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (transcription, AI generation, storage).
- We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing you the Service.
- You can export or delete your content at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Use the Service to generate content for illegal purposes
- Exceed your plan's SOP generation limits through automation or abuse
Plans and billing
- Free plan: 3 SOPs per month, 1 user, limited features.
- Team plan: $19/user/month, 50 SOPs per user/month, minimum 5 users. Billed monthly.
- Business plan: $29/user/month, 200 SOPs per user/month, minimum 5 users. Billed monthly.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers.
- You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
AI-generated content
SOPs generated by ReccordSOP are created by AI based on your recordings and inputs. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated SOPs before publishing to your team
- ReccordSOP is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content
- Drift detection results are advisory — always verify with subject matter experts
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. In the event of data loss, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months.
Account termination
- You can close your account at any time from Settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReccordSOP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
